Composition
Are you looking for a composition for your next marching show, band or choir concert, pop song concert or church service, I would like you to know about the composition services I offer. I can do lead sheets, full charts or parts if you need them. Also, if you have a set of parts that you need put into a full score and don’t have time to do it, come to me! I can make the scores great in time for your rehearsals and performance!
If you need music from a composer, look no further! Looking for a local composer in Los Angeles county? Need a composer in Diamond Bar, Pomona or the surrounding San Gabriel Valley? I compose and arrange music for bands, orchestras, choirs, solo and other chamber music groups. If you have or are part of an ensemble who needs new music, please don’t hesitate to use this contact form to let me know what ensemble you are, what instrumentation you’d like the piece in, the length of piece preferred, and when you need it by (note: for most big pieces, I would need at least 4 months to a year to write the piece!)

You’ve found a partner. I often meet with many different local composers that are either private composers or directors at schools and music directors at churches who are struggling to make a song get through. My market is those who are in need of help who may or may not have too much money to spend—don’t worry! I can consult with you on what your song needs to take off! I am a songwriter who loves to help so many people build their music up. I can even do the recording of your song. I have Pro Tools and Mic hookups. You don’t have to go far. I can show you different chord structures and melodic frameworks to help you get out of a composing rut. It’s all about improving the flow of musical ideas that can help you write better songs.

I mainly use Finale or Muse Score for all my scores. I can use Sibelius if you specifically request it.
For the services I offer, I charge at a rate of $2.00 per page. For exceptionally long works, I can work out a payment plan of a certain retainer drawn up between you and myself so that budget is kept in mind. Keep your eyes on the front page of the website here as I do offer discounts from time to time. I also offer discounts on my services for first time clients’ first projects.

Hello and welcome to the religious choral music of Cody Weinmann. This page is very special to me. I feel the most connected to God through religious choral music of all the different classical music that is out there--let alone any of the music that is secular or non-religious.
I have great news for you all! I have completed my first piece of religious choral music for Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass and no additional instrumentation. Oh what beauty and clarity is the singing voice. And, that singing voice glorifying our Almighty God? Wow! This is awesome!
I just want to say a big thank you to the First Readings Project and their director David Ostenso Moore and his 12 person choir that did the recording of this work. It is my first piece of church choral music that has ever been performed. It has been the first performance I have had of any work in years. It is the first ever choral piece that I've ever had a performance opportunity for!
Please take a listen to this piece and feel free to go to the store to buy the score for your church practice, school practice, or group! This religious choral music is a conversation between God and myself. It is meant as a light from me to this world. I love you all.
